BNM Institute of Technology is ‘Built by Excellence Backed by Experience’. More than 10% of our Teaching staff are recipients of University Ranks. A number of our faculty members have obtained their degrees from reputed institutions like IITs, IISc., as well as foreign universities. Every department has Doctorates and many are about to complete Doctorate degree. The average teaching experience is more than 10 years.

I am sure that you would agree that an institution should be judged by the improvement in the academic performance its students achieve from incoming to outgoing level. I am proud to mention that all the low ranking students who joined BNMIT in the initial years finished with creditable First Class with Distinction. We have instances of students even with a CET Rank of 10,000+ securing University ranks by the end of four years.  All this is because of the excellent mentoring by our staff.

This year in the CET 2009 counseling most of our institution seats in the General Merit category were filled by the 2^nd day of counseling itself. Nearly 10% of the students who joined in 2008 are now receiving Central Government Scholarships. We expect this number to more than double during 2009. In addition, the management is also magnanimous in offering scholarships to meritorious students, students from SC/ST and students who have excelled in sports.
