DESCRIPTION:Inaugurated by Chief Guest-  Dr. B.S.Jaiprakash  Principal, BIT\nKeynote Address by Prof. Saneshan.G, University of Kwa-Zula Natal Durban, South Africa\nThe symposium was designed to highlight the importance of the interaction between Applied Mathematics and Engineering studies. In this scenario it has become essential for the teachers to update their knowledge on recent developments in Mathematics and its Applications in Engineering Technologies. Also the importance of Science and Mathematics in particular, is unfortunately fast diminishing among the student community. In view of the axiom that Mathematics is an integral part of Engineering, this program emphatically projected the twin objectives through a one-day symposium.\n
