The resource person explained the 5 phases of project management which are Initiation\, Planning\, Execution\, Control\, and SLA – Service Level Agreement. Also\, he gave insight on Cost estimation\, Cost budgeting\, Cost Control\, Scrum Master\, impediments\, product owners\, burn up\, burn down\, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). He gave tips for improving project performance. The resource person concluded the importance of the software project’s performance\, measurement analysis and finance management.
