The inaugural function was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest\, Prof. E. S. Dwarakadasa\, Chairman of KHMD\, Bengaluru\, and former Professor of Materials Engineering at IISc Bengaluru. The two-day conference comprised 09 Invited Lectures and 26 Technical Sessions conducted in 22 tracks. \nDuring the conference\, 200 research papers were submitted\, out of which 170 were presented\, \nincluding 40 online presentations by scholars and students from prestigious institutions\, including IISc Bengaluru\, Karunya University\, Coimbatore\, KKIT Coimbatore\, Jamia Millia Islamia\, Central University\, New Delhi\, Vijayanagar Sri Krishnadevaraya University\, VTU\, Bangalore University\, Presidency University\, Reva University\, Government Engineering College Chamarajanagar\, and several others. Selected papers will be published in the Cureus Journal of Engineering\, a Springer Nature publication. \n

The session aimed to introduce the role of AI and Machine Learning in cybersecurity\, focusing on threat detection\, malware analysis\, fraud detection\, and intrusion detection systems. Students were introduced to fundamental security principles such as the CIA triad (Confidentiality\, Integrity\, and Availability) and modern cyber threats including phishing\, ransomware\, malware attacks\, and data breaches. The workshop also highlighted the use of AI techniques such as supervised learning\, anomaly detection\, and deep learning in enhancing security solutions. Additionally\, discussions covered security challenges in AI systems such as adversarial attacks\, data poisoning\, and model inversion\, along with ethical considerations\, data privacy\, and responsible AI practices. DESCRIPTION:     This post was last updated on         August 3rd\, 2021\nThe Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organized a Two-Day Hands-On Workshop on “No Code Agentic AI: From LLM Foundations to Autonomous Systems” in association with IIC-BNMIT and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society on 02/02/2026 and 03/02/2026 in offline mode\, with 130 students\, 20 faculty members\, and 2 external participants taking part in the 14-hour program. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI\, while enabling them to design and deploy AI agents using no-code/low-code platforms. The sessions bridged the gap between theoretical AI concepts and practical implementation through hands-on activities focused on autonomous workflows\, multi-agent systems\, and real-world applications. The first day covered LLM fundamentals\, prompt engineering\, and the design of basic no-code AI agents\, while the second day focused on goal-driven autonomous agents\, multi-agent workflows\, agent orchestration\, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
