Discussed project planning and managing\, short-term goals\, skill knowledge tools and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.   \nDiscussed 7 steps of the project:   \n\n Define goals and objectives\n Set success matrix\n Clarify stakeholders and rules\n Set your budget\n Align your milestone deliverable and project dependence\n Outline your timeline and schedule\n Share your communication plan \n\nProject management\, Planning and Risk to be identified and how to handle have been explained in detail. The resource person explained the 5 phases of project management which are Initiation\, Planning\, Execution\, Control\, and SLA – Service Level Agreement. Also\, he gave insight on Cost estimation\, Cost budgeting\, Cost Control\, Scrum Master\, impediments\, product owners\, burn up\, burn down\, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). He gave tips for improving project performance. The resource person concluded the importance of the software project’s performance\, measurement analysis and finance management.

The goal of ICIITCEE 2024 is to provide an outstanding forum for academicians\, researchers\, practitioners\, policymakers\, and students to exchange ideas\, techniques and tools\, raise awareness\, and share experiences related to all practical and theoretical aspects of intelligence and innovations in engineering.
