Induction Program

The goal of engineering education is to cultivate the human values in engineering graduates to fulfill his/her responsibilities as an engineer, a citizen and a human being to solve problems of society using modern technologies and practices. As per the AICTE requirement, BNMIT has initiated 11 days Induction Program for first year Engineering graduates to inculcate holistic way of understanding the society and relationships.

Purpose of the Student Induction Program is to help new students adjust and feel comfortable in the new environment, inculcate culture of the institution in them, help them build bonds with other students and faculty members, practice human values to build characters and expose them to a sense of larger purpose and self-exploration.

The Induction Program covers various activity modules including Universal Human Values, Physical activity, Familiarization to Engineering, Proficiency Module, Personality development, Communication Skills and many more which enables students to find their interest, explore their inner beings and motivate themselves to perform well in their chosen branch of Engineering.
