Guidance for Higher Studies:
The Department of Training and Placement of the college provides guidance and all the assistance for the students in order to achieve their career goals. The department takes steps to identify the demands of the industry and prepares students towards their needs. Adequate emphasis is given for soft skill development complementing the regular academic programs.
The Department plans, monitors and implements career guidance services including counselling for higher studies across all branches involving the placement coordinators’ team and trainers at the institution level.
The Training and Placement Department will extend career guidance support to students in terms of various job opportunities in Government and private sectors.
Department has also established a Career Guidance Cell. The Career Counselling Cell will help students in counselling & preparation for higher studies, profile building, which will enable them to seek admission in reputed Universities across the world. The expert team of Counsellors from Career Gyan visit BNMIT once a week and provide personalized, authentic and reliable guidance around the career path of students. Apart from guiding students to enrol in Indian and Foreign Universities, various organisations are invited to address students on the opportunities available in civil services, armed forces and other competitive examinations. Subsequently, they will guide them in applying for prestigious universities and getting admission for the same.
