Dear Students! It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to the Department of Information Science and Engineering, BNM Institute of Technology.

The Deepartment is striving hard towards the goal of providing innovative and quality education with high standard to achieve academic excellence.

Learning is a continuous process and so it does not end with the acquisition of a degree, especially because steady and rapid advances in Computing Technologies shorten the life of tools and techniques prevalent today. Therefore, they are given a strong foundation in Information Science and problem solving techniques and are made adaptable to changes.

The Information Science and Engineering Department is blessed with fully energetic, well-qualified and experienced faculty members who are also involved in research and professional activities.  The Department also motivates the student to involve in extracurricular and co-curricular activities like paper presentation, project competition, industrial visits, cultural, sports etc. leading towards the all-round development of our students. The Department entails well-established laboratories with latest configuration.

I am confident that the students of the Department would justify its credibility by showing a high level of professional competence in their respective field.
