1. Student Counsellor – Responsibility taken is to be with students and motivate them to succeed academically
2. Staff Publication Coordinator – To keep track of the publication done by the faculties and update the list as required by NBA and NACC committees.
3. Exam Monitoring System Coordinator – Responsibility take is to monitor the exam form uploading of the students and guide them about the procedure of the VTU exam form filling.
4. Coordinator for Geethayaana – Responsibility taken up is to conduct various cultural activities for the annual cultural fest
5. Class Coordinator – Responsibility taken up is to regularly monitor the performance and issues faced by a particular semester students and to motivate them to achieve academic excellence.
6. Question Paper coordinator – Responsibility taken up is smooth conduction of the internals for all the students and taking care of IA marks entry to the VTU portal.
7. Time Table Officer – Prepare the workload and timetable for all the faculties and to prepare the class schedule for all the semester students.
