Innovative teaching is a proactive approach to integrate new teaching strategies and methods into a classroom. It can also be regarded as the process to change teaching or learning activities that produce improvements in the learning outcomes. The teaching methodology needs to be more student-centric. A primary motive of innovative teaching is to encourage students to engage actively in the learning process. When students interact with teachers and peers, they gain experience that is more practical and retain more information from a class.
The innovative teaching methods followed in EEE department are
1. Skill Development Program
Skills development is the process of identifying the skill gaps in students from the perspective of the current Industry standards and helping students develop and hone these skills. Skills and knowledge development are the driving forces behind the growth and development of any student. Skill building is a powerful tool to empower students and improve their social acceptance. Skill development programs raise confidence, improves the competency of students through focused outcome-based learning.
Skill-based learning focuses on increasing employability of students through a series of inputs to:
- Equip students with appropriate hands-on skills which help them to be a job- ready.
- The core focus on technical skills leading to specialization, thereby increasing the efficacy of the student.
Each department identifies the core competencies, current areas in which the student can develop their skills. Students of any department can opt for any of the verticals identified by any of the department. The details of the skill development program conducted by EEE department for students are as follows:-

2. Adjunct Faculty/ Guest Faculty/ Industry-Interaction Details
The Industry experts or Professors from other reputed colleges are invited to conduct courses to keep students abreast with technology and to make them industry ready thereby improving the employability of our graduates.
