  • Derived Industry based IC Design flows for both frontend and backend designs using CADENCE and SYNOPSYS VLSI Design Suites – Used as standard Design flow in the Industries.

  • Obtained Funding through TEQIP – MHRD, World Bank project to NMAMIT – 16 Crores funding.
  • The NMAMIT recognized as LEAD INSTITUTION of TEQIP funding – The only Private institution in the country to get this status along-with few IITs.
  • Execution of the TEQIP project with highest ranking of 9.8/10 from World Bank.
  • Obtained Funding under TEQIP Phase II of MHRD & World Bank for NMAMIT and MSRIT, Bangalore – 12.5 Crores. Effective implementation of all components of the project – Increase the enrolment to post graduate studies and enhance research level activities.
  • Research funding from DST, AICTE, VGST, BRNS and DBT : 32 projects have received funding from these funding agencies to the tune of 7.8 Crores.

Academic Reforms

  • Designed and Developed Contemporary curriculum derived from OUTCOME based educations system
  • Designed & Implemented Choice based credit system and Continuous internal assessment with grading pattern of evaluation: This design has been adopted by VTU and all Autonomous Engineering Colleges in Karnataka.
