The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organized an Interactive Session on “LinkedIn Awareness and Professional Profile Building” in association with IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and IEEE Bangalore Section on 10/10/2025, to help students develop strong digital identities. The session, delivered by the Secretary of IEEE CIS BNMIT, highlighted the importance of LinkedIn as a global professional networking platform for career growth, internships, and collaborations. Students were guided on creating an effective profile by crafting compelling headlines, summaries, and structured sections for skills, education, projects, and certifications, along with maintaining a professional profile photo and banner. The session also emphasized networking strategies, meaningful engagement with industry professionals, and regularly updating profiles to reflect achievements and professional development, helping students enhance their online presence and career opportunities.
