Skill Development Programme (SDP) was conducted for third semester MBA students from August 19 to 31, 2020. All the eight sessions of the SDP was to train the students to be more employable and to prepare them for the corporate world. The SDP included topics on;

  • Importance of Soft Skills & Communication Skills
  • Importance of Self Branding
  • Difference between Social Media Marketing & Traditional Media Marketing
  • Job opportunities in Marketing and Banking

The resource persons for the SDP was Mr. Raghavendra Rao, Partner and CEO, Bernay IMC and Mr. Ganesh G, Content Creation Lead, Bernay IMC, both with close to 3 decades of experience in Digital Marketing and Banking sector respectively.

The Finance SDP sessions were very informative and insightful especially for students who were apprehensive about choosing banking as their career and also for the students who were not aware about banking sector.

The marketing SDP was also very useful as students got to know the importance of contents, videos, neo targeting, digital media planning, geo targeting, etc where taught very clearly with lot of examples.
