The IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) is one of the globally recognized societies under the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. It is a vibrant professional wing that focuses on the intersection of technology, business, and innovation. As a part of the global IEEE TEMS network, the chapter aims to nurture future leaders by equipping management students with essential skills in leadership, innovation management, and strategic decision-making in technology-driven industries. The society serves professionals who lead and manage in technical and management environments and offers a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
The chapter acts as a platform for MBA students to engage with real-world challenges in the domains of project management, entrepreneurial leadership, emerging technologies, and digital transformation, enabling them to evolve as competent technology managers and business strategists.
