All the students enrolled for MBA programme will undergo in-house training to enhance employability skills apart from regular ongoing guest lectures, seminars and workshops to enhance their job skills. Training on Soft skills, Aptitude, MS Excel, Business Analytics etc., has been delivered to student. Under soft skills students are trained in improving communication skills, presentation skills, attitude building, critical thinking, stress management, goal setting and time management. The various topics under aptitude training include number theory, logical reasoning, brain teasers, permutation and combinations etc.

The Department of Placement and Training, BNMIT had organized “MOCK INTERVIEWS” on May 9 & 10, 2020 for the final year students of MBA on topics that are frequently asked in interviews. Alumni who are associated with reputed organizations such as TCS, Amazon, Cargill Business Services, Société Générale, Accenture India Pvt Ltd etc. have taken the mock interview sessions. Each student had a face to face interview for a duration of 20 minutes via a zoom video call. The questions were a good mix of general aptitude and were based on specialization. The last 3 minutes of the mock interview was reserved to provide feedback to the students about their performance and to provide input for areas of improvement. The students have expressed that the mock interview sessions were very useful and has helped them to gain confidence and to face interviews in an effective manner
