The Department of Business Administration, BNMIT has instituted a Corporate Mentoring Program for the MBA 2024–26 Batch to bridge the gap between classroom learning and contemporary industry expectations

The program provides students with first-hand industry insights, personalized career guidance, specialization counselling, professional networking, and exposure to corporate leadership and decision-making. Through one-to-one and small-group mentoring sessions, students receive guidance on individual development plans, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, emerging job roles, industry trends, and required competencies.

The Corporate Mentoring Program represents BNMIT’s commitment to developing industry-ready, confident, and professionally equipped MBA graduates through meaningful and sustained interaction with corporate leaders.
